The main function of generator load is to simulate the operation of the system, carry out the system test, acceptance, experiment and so on. Generator load provides effective guarantee for the safe and stable supply of power, which can better keep the generator in a stable and safe state. Therefore, the daily maintenance of generator load can not be ignored.

   1. Routine inspection before use：

（1）Grounding: ensure effective grounding of the box;

(2) Cooling fan: good ventilation, no abnormal sound;

a. Before starting the fan, ensure that all air intakes are not blocked and the air inlet is good to avoid burn out of the fan motor.

b. If abnormal sound, serious heating of the motor, electric shell, switch trip, failure to start and other phenomena are found during the operation of the fan, the fan should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance in the operation of the fan. After inspection, test run should be carried out to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting operation.

c. The use environment should be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no sundries in the inlet and outlet of the ventilation system, and dust and other sundries in the fan and pipe should be removed regularly.

(3) resistance: there is no foreign body in the resistance box;

2. Regular inspection

(1) Open the front panel, check whether the fixing screws of electrical components are loose, and whether the terminals and pile heads are loose;

(2) Start the fan, place the air volume tester on the outside of the box inlet and outlet, detect whether the fan air volume is normal;

3. The resistance is damaged and replaced

(1). Disassemble the side plate, find the corresponding resistance, disassemble the aluminum plate with fixed resistance, and replace the standby resistance;

(2). Use a multimeter to measure the gear resistance value and confirm whether the resistance value is normal;

4. The fan is damaged and replaced

(1) When the fan is damaged, disassemble the side plates on the left and right sides, disassemble and remove the fan fixing plate, and replace the fan;

(2) Start the fan, place the air volume tester on the outside of the box inlet and outlet, detect whether the fan air volume is normal.
