Environmental requirements for the use of load banks
The operation and maintenance manual of the load banks generally includes precautions, workplace safety rules, operating environment requirements, routine maintenance, regular maintenance, troubleshooting and other parts. Daily maintenance of equipment is the basic work of equipment maintenance, must be institutionalized and standardized. This document is about the operating environment requirements of the
load bank. Please read it carefully.
generator load banks
1.the working environment temperature: -10℃ ~ 50℃
2.atmospheric pressure (absolute) : 86 ~ 106kPa
3.relative humidity: 0 ~ 95%
4. Ventilation mode: side inlet and side outlet
5.ventilation distance: load inlet 3-5 meters without obstacles, outlet distance from the roof or other obstacles more than 3 meters.
6.working power supply requirements: load bank needs external AC single-phase 220V/50Hz, 1kW, TN-S.
7.parking: load is not in use, should be in accordance with seismic conditions of the safe place storage. In the case of outdoor storage, choose a strong hard site away from the earthquake area. If stored indoors, ensure that the design standards of the plant meet the requirements of earthquake protection. No matter in outdoor or indoor storage, 3-5 meters around the load should be free of obstacles, especially away from earth walls and other building structures that may collapse. In addition, the load should be stored away from densely populated areas, should not be in flammable, explosive, corrosive objects stored in the same area, to prevent accidents during the earthquake.
