How to troubleshoot the problem of electronic load?

Electronic load is precisely adjust the load voltage, current dissipation power consumption equipment.

Electronic load fault self-check method:
1. The device cannot be turned on
(1) Check whether the power cable is correctly connected.
(2) Check whether the power switch on the front panel is on.
(3) Unplug the power cord and check whether the voltage selector is in the correct gear position and whether the specifications of the fuse are correct and intact.
2. The constant current pulling load is abnormal
(1) Check whether the connection line between the instrument and the device under test is inversely connected, resulting in an alarm of inversely connected instrument.
(2) Check whether the input voltage and current value of pulling exceeds the rated power of the instrument, resulting in over power protection of the instrument.
(3) Check whether the range of load current is set properly.
3. The constant voltage input is abnormal
(1) Check whether the connection line between the instrument and the device under test is inversely connected, resulting in an alarm of inversely connected instrument.
(2) Check whether the highest output voltage of the tested equipment is less than the voltage set by the electronic load.
(3) Check whether there is a problem with the tested equipment.
4. The constant resistance input is abnormal
(1) Check whether the output of the tested device is normal, such as the oscillation of the device.
(2) Check whether the resistance range of the instrument is set properly.
5. The constant power input is abnormal
(1) Check whether the connection line between the instrument and the device under test is inversely connected, resulting in an alarm of inversely connected instrument.
(2) Check whether the output of the tested equipment is normal, such as the power supply oscillates, or the rated power of the power supply cannot reach the set power of the electronic load.
6. The constant current dynamic characteristic test is abnormal
(1) Check whether the connection line between the instrument and the device under test is inversely connected, resulting in an alarm of inversely connected instrument.
(2) If the slope of the measured constant current cannot meet the specification, please shorten the connecting wire between the tested equipment and the instrument as much as possible, because too long wire will lead to a slow slope.
(3) Check whether the load current range is set properly.
